1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 521jili online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through the website 521jili.club and the 521jili mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the 521jili Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 521jili Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

521jili reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Age verification is conducted as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process prior to the processing of any withdrawal.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming features on the 521jili Platform, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;

You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

521jili supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where available.

The following payment methods are not accepted on the 521jili Platform: cryptocurrency of any kind, and credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn (see Section 5).
• Currency: All transactions on the 521jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

521jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 521jili reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Abuse: 521jili reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without notice.
• Changes: 521jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

521jili is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers under controlled conditions.

• Game Rules: Each game on the 521jili Platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction or software error, 521jili reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amounts. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

The 521jili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates reliably and securely, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination and Account Closure

521jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• 521jili suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your account;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Continued operation of your account would expose 521jili to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• You are found to be ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2.

Upon termination for cause, 521jili reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or abuse is confirmed, any real-money balances associated with the account. Legitimate real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 521jili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 521jili Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact 521jili's customer support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. 521jili operates within the regulatory framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and players may also seek recourse through PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

14. Amendments to These Terms

521jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 521jili will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 521jili Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
